Why This Exists
Whole Body Reset didn’t begin as a program. It began with fear, confusion, and watching someone I love suffer without answers.
This journey began with Traci — the “T” in ET.
What started as what looked like menopause and thyroid issues quickly became something much heavier: breathing problems, hair loss, weight gain, crushing fatigue, hot flashes, and the sense that something was deeply wrong.
We did what most people are told to do. We trusted the system. We went to the doctor.
What we received were prescriptions. Medications to manage symptoms. Adjustments when reactions happened. Reassurance when labs came back “normal.”
“Your labs look normal.”
But she didn’t feel normal. She didn’t feel better. And she didn’t feel heard.
I couldn’t shake the feeling that nothing we were being given was actually addressing the root cause.
The Search for Answers
I started searching — not casually, but obsessively.
Hashimoto’s. Autoimmune theories. Viruses. Detox pathways. Parasites. Binders. Hydration. Heavy metals. EBV. Lymph congestion.
Every discovery led to five more — but nothing explained sequence. Nothing explained timing. Everything was fragmented.
When Things Finally Made Sense
Everything changed after a long, in-depth webinar by one of the MANY doctors that we followed on Social Media to promote Natural health over "modern medicine".
For the first time, someone explained how the body actually works — why symptoms appear, how systems interact, and why healing must follow a specific order.
It felt like the lights came on in a dark room.
Why We Wrote the Book
We didn’t write the Foundations book because we’re doctors. We wrote it because we lived the confusion. We watched each other suffer. And we didn’t want others to have to dig the way we did.

It was created after we realized something important:

And sometimes, the difference between “this will pass” and “something isn’t right” is hard to sort out in the moment.
Where This Came From
Guided Foundations worked.
It helped us slow down.
It helped us recognize patterns.
It helped us notice when something felt supportive — and when something didn’t.
That awareness led to a critical moment.
During the Guided process, I experienced a change that was sudden and dramatic. The kind of pain I would normally have brushed off as “gas pain” — something I used to experience frequently before starting this program.
Before Foundations, I likely would have pushed through.
Dismissed it.
Told myself it was “part of the process.”
Instead, because I was already paying attention, I went to the ER.
That decision mattered.
I was diagnosed with diverticulitis — caught relatively early.
No tears.
No rupture.
But severe inflammation and pain.
I still ended up hospitalized twice.
Guided Foundations didn’t replace modern medicine. It made me aware of when I needed it.
Around the same time, Traci was dealing with symptoms that had lingered and shifted for years — the kind of “almost better, but not really” pattern that slowly wears you down.
Once again, modern medicine didn’t have clear answers.
That’s where the AI-guided system proved its value in a different way — not by guessing a diagnosis, but by tailoring pacing, sequencing, and support based on her feedback.
Once the plan finally matched what her body could tolerate, her symptoms improved in a surprisingly short time.
What the AI Is Designed to Do
